If you circumvent marketplace restrictions to purchase viable hemp seeds, and then attempt a refund, return, dispute, or complaint before properly reading the listing, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your access to all Ripkitty-connected stores, sites, and sales channels.

- That may include affiliated storefronts and connected selling platforms.
- That may include future order refusal, account restriction, and support denial.
Permanent means permanent. You do not get to abuse one storefront and then wander into another pretending none of it happened.
Refund Abuse Is Not A Free Pass
Refunds are for legitimate fulfillment problems, not for customers who buy first, think later, and then try to dump responsibility onto the seller. If your first move after ordering is opening a complaint instead of reading the product listing, that tells us everything we need to know.
We take abuse of payment protections, listing manipulation, repeat complaints, and account-hopping seriously. If we see a pattern, we shut it down.
